Q1: Who is a LEADER?

A1: A LEADER is one who has the ability to manage primarily PEOPLE and TIME to establish VALUE.

In the process of establishing VALUE, RESOURCES are generated which are then designated/delegated to MANAGERS.

Q2: Who is a MANAGER?

A2: A MANAGER is one who has the ability to supervise the use of RESOURCES primarily PEOPLE, TIME and RESOURCES and generate money (with profit) in the process. The MANAGER is also expected to have the ultimate ability and thus responsibility of ensuring the established VALUE does not diminish/drop/decline.

Observe the *Differentiation of TIME, PEOPLE and RESOURCES.

When a MANAGER develops the ability to increase VALUE in the system being managed he/she has evolved into a LEADER.

There are many MANAGERS in the world today but few Good MANAGERS.

Relatively LEADERS are scarce.

The Good News is that people, generally MANAGERS, can be trained and supervised to become Good MANAGERS … And LEADERS are simply people the HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE CHOOSES by GRACE to manifest HIMSELF for the purpose of establishing VALUE.

Without mastering Strict Obedience to the directives of the HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE per time *TIME* one cannot effectively be a LEADER because it is the HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE that GOD gave the responsibility to establish VALUE and as such the ONE to report (to GOD) on the state of affairs when asked … And HE CANNOT lie.

 To become a LEADER one must want it and must yield self completely to the tutelage of the HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE in order to become HIS effective Vessel of Expression.

Without mastering The Art and Science of LOVE, it is not possible to lead effectively.

P.S: Whatever TIME, PEOPLE and RESOURCES we have in our possession, they have been designated/delegated to us by GOD via the HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE for the purpose of production and reproduction of the Fruit of The Spirit. Every/any other application is waste.

Somebody said I left out money …

Relatively, money is not even qualified to be called a RESOURCE, not even after intense *Differentiation of the term RESOURCES and all it represents.

Money is ONLY a unit/symbol of measurement of the VALUE of True RESOURCES. Its misappropriation is a major contributor to the Origin of Poverty, a manifestation of Acute Ignorance observed primarily as Love of money.

I personally don’t believe there is such thing as a bad LEADER.
There are LEADERS (which are relatively scarce), Good MANAGERS (which are relatively few) and bad MANAGERS …

The world needs more LEADERS … US!

VALUE has been CREATED in The SPOKEN WORD of GOD. The HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE is ONLY working WITH US to ESTABLISH it in time *TIME*

Observe the *Differentiation of TIME, PEOPLE and RESOURCES … This is why LIFE is observed to be UNFAIR but nonetheless JUST.

LIFE is UNFAIR because of IMPERFECTIONS in man and UNEVEN DISTRIBUTION of RESOURCES ... And LIFE is JUST because GOD took special precaution to make it so. We ALL have same 24hrs in EVERYDAY, each day, right from birth … Selah

"The glory of the later shall be greater than the former" ... This is yet another twist to put into consideration.

The fact that LIFE is JUST over-rides ALL the UNFAIRNESS that LIFE may exhibit.

Hence ... LOVE conquers ALL.

Recall Equations:

LIFE1 = Ax + By + Cz + D - (1)

Where x = TIME
y = PEOPLE
z = RESOURCES
D = Fixed Constant

A, B, & C are coefficients of x, y & z respectively.

And

LIFE2 = Ep + Fq + D - (2)

Where p = GOOD Characteristic Traits
q = BAD Characteristic Traits
D = Fixed Constant

E & F are coefficients of p & q respectively.

Critical analysis of these equations will reveal that LIFE2 is actually an integral part of ‘y’ component of LIFE1.

LIFE2 is one of the primary contributors to the ‘y’ component of LIFE1.

Thus LIFE1 is the major LIFE EQUATION and it is individual specific … it is absolutely individual specific such that the occurrence of two people having the same LIFE EQUATION is absolutely null.

Some other factors contributing to the ‘y’ component of LIFE1 are sex (male and female), height differences, weight variations, skin complexion variations, eye colour variations to mention a few.

Some inferences we can deduce from the analysis of these equations are:

• Every individual human is unique and a solution to a specific life problem in LOVE. Every individual human have a definite defined purpose to fulfill and their Life Force drives them to fulfill that singular purpose in LOVE ONLY.

Now, GOD created the world and afterwards described EVERYTHING created as GOOD. Which means evil/bad was not created. Every appearance of evil/bad is a direct consequence of the perversion of something GOD created and made GOOD … Even Lucifer.

Thus it is impossible for any individual human to effectively find a purpose in evil/bad. Any unity in evil/bad WILL ALWAYS be to facilitate murder, theft and destruction … murder, theft and destruction even of itself (unity) … for the appearance of unity is a good observation that evil/bad is incapable of sustaining.

Purpose CANNOT be effectively defined to give LIFE, a GOOD observation, in an assembly of evil/bad forces.

Thus every human have an individual specific purpose that will give and sustain LIFE in LOVE and ONLY in LOVE. Every human have an individual specific LIFE purpose in GOD and ONLY in GOD.

To not yield to the Life Force of LOVE, The HOLY SPIRIT, propelling one towards the actualization of one’s purpose in LOVE is disobedience and results in one contributing their life to waste by self choice.

• Although relatively rare, the phenomenon called ‘Reincarnation’ is POSSIBLE with information transfer taking place via the window of ‘TIME as ILLUSION’.

Definitely at a particular age after reincarnation, the window of information transfer will shut and the new life continues along its own path.

This is verified in the expectation of JESUS’s return, amongst others, and will be proven to the knowledge of ALL when HE does.

• The interesting twist … ‘The GLORY of the later shall be greater than the former’. This suggests that GRACE as a phenomenon, a Spiritual phenomenon administered by GOD HIMSELF … ONLY by GOD HIMSELF … is ‘QUANTIZED’ and increases with time *TIME*.

GRACE is quantized such that the ‘Base Amount’ every baby is born with increases at a particular quantum value in progressing time *TIME* per time *TIME*, such that between babies born a few seconds apart the baby born last has more Base Amount of GRACE relative to the baby born first.

This is proven in the life of Cain and Abel, Esau and Jacob, Isaac and Ishmael, Elijah and Elisha, John The Baptist and JESUS … and now US. GOD (JESUS) expects us to do greater works than HE did … Selah

This Base Amount of GRACE administered to every child at birth is the ultimate Mustard Seed (Talent) which is expected to be planted by the individual in the Force Field (Orchard) of The HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE to facilitate germination, production and reproduction of the Fruit of The Spirit in LOVE (Galatians 5: 22-23) … in time *TIME*.

On planting the seed of GRACE, it is expected to be regularly watered by constant confession of The WORD, JESUS CHRIST, as a direct consequence of SINCERE knowledge and understanding of The WORD which is further expected to be put into action in wisdom, thus observed as putting one’s Faith in GOD into action, a proof of trust in GOD’s faithfulness.

Ultimately … as a consequence … the value of ‘D’ increases at some rate which in turn affects all other variables and thus observed as an increase in the VALUE of LIFE of the particular individual.

Increase in ‘D’ reduces the value of ‘q’ and its coefficient ‘F’ (LIFE2) thus enhancing GOOD Characteristic Traits (and increase in the effective VALUE of LIFE generally).

Unfortunately some don’t plant their mustard seed (talent) and as such remain at the Base Amount.

This is why Effective Education of every child is very important for it helps to increase the knowledge of GOD which when put into action influences the increase of GRACE and thus ‘D’.

• The Place of Education: ‘The GLORY of the later shall be greater than the former’ … The DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) is a powerhouse of information. That of a new born baby contains high volume of information, especially intelligence capacities and competences of his/her parents.

Hence, the offspring of two very intelligent spouses should display a very high level of awareness and consciousness even at a young age … on the average … relatively.

This point has already been proven by the global observation that modern infants at young ages have awesome intellectual capacities and general competences especially with electronics and computer gadgets. Some are already writing android applications for mobile phones.

The point now is that this high level of intelligence, intellectual capacities and competences in modern youths is not independent of the origin of intelligence itself; GOD. Every appearance of intelligence can ONLY find purpose and application in LOVE and ONLY LOVE … GOD … Hence the need to find one’s purpose … the need to define one’s Vision.

This brings us back to the importance of ‘D’. The high amount of information stored in the DNA which is observed in reality as high intelligence quotient can ONLY derive LIFE … true LIFE … from GRACE … the major contributor to ‘D’.

It is important to note that knowledge increase and wide range capacity of understanding are a consequence of high value ‘D’ and ALL these are fueled by GRACE.

The ONLY way to increase GRACE is increase in true REVELATION of GOD … LOVE. Also it is important to note that it is possible to increase RESOURCES, ‘z’, with low ‘D’. All RESOURCES thus acquired are waste as they have very low GRACE Life.

Thus increase in GRACE increases the capacity to acquire, sustain and manage knowledge and understanding. This also propels the overall capacity to put knowledge and understanding into action thus displaying wisdom and faith. This (GRACE) goes on further to harness the information stored in the DNA, which if already high, results in ground breaking activities from the particular individual.

Hence when two intelligent, well educated, well trained individuals brings forth a child in an environment of LOVE and they are able to raise the child in conformity with the directive of The HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE as manifested in the child, the outcome would be beautiful.

It is important to note that offspring/child bearing should be as directed by the HOLY SPIRIT as observed in Abraham and Sarah. Every child should be a child of promise. Every child is a child of promise especially in this New Testament Times. We are ALL children of Abraham and partakers of his (Abraham) inheritance.

The point where we may differ and thus MAY be cut-off is the refusal of some of us to function in the BODY of JESUS CHRIST (The True CHURCH), the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE. None can really get to increase the value of ‘D’ without first accepting JESUS as their LORD and SAVIOUR. It’s just the way it is, it’s the way GOD designed it and there is no way round it. It is the way GOD has chosen to relate with Man … to take us from one level of GLORY to the next.

• In LIFE2, ‘q’ (BAD Characteristic Traits) can NEVER be zero (0). But in a Perfect Man, ‘F’ the coefficient of ‘q’, is zero (0) … Which means a Perfect Man is actually capable of evil but have PERFECTED his CHOICE not to exhibit BAD Characteristic Traits. Thus the individual will be observed to display ONLY GOOD Characteristic Traits.

Also, critical analysis of LIFE2 will reveal that nobody is perfect and nobody can be perfect by individual effort except via the help of the HOLY SPIRIT of LOVE … GOD. Anybody can display a BAD Characteristic Trait ANYTIME and anybody can display a GOOD Characteristic Trait ANYTIME. It thus becomes important for one to develop the capacity to discern and recognize people with high ‘D’ value.

• The inferences made and presented thus far are only the very tip of this iceberg ... THE MATRIX

Hmn!

The very ultimate task now becomes raising people with high values of ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘E’, ‘y’, ‘z’ and ‘p’; very low values that tends to zero (0) of ‘q’ and ‘F’ where the best value of ‘F’ would be absolute zero (0); and very, very high values of ‘D’.

This task will also include creating the necessary enabling environment.

The place of the variable ‘x’ is very elusive because LIFE is observed as passage of time *TIME* in time *TIME*.

Let’s represent LIFE with an equation with variables GOOD and BAD Characteristic Traits.

Then it will be possible to differentiate this equation to give an outcome, PERSONALITY/TEMPERAMENT with respect to GOOD and BAD Characteristic Traits respectively.

Now, let’s represent GOOD with an expression with variables LIFE and BAD. Then it will be possible to differentiate the expression with respect to LIFE and BAD to give an outcome for GOOD PERSONALITY/TEMPERAMENT in terms of LIFE and BAD Characteristic Traits.

Likewise, let’s represent BAD with an expression with variables LIFE and GOOD. Then it will be possible to differentiate the expression with respect to LIFE and GOOD to give an outcome BAD PERSONALITY/TEMPERAMENT in terms of LIFE and GOOD Characteristic Traits.

The good thing about GRACE is that it is the most important and easily affected aspect of the equation of LIFE (equation (1) & (2)) and it can be worked upon to increase the individual specific observation of ‘D’ in Reality.

Coefficients E & F and the specific values of p & q are ALL dependent on ‘D’ because they ALL derive LIFE from GRACE. Also it is possible that the value of 'D' is so high that relatively the values of E, F, p & q are negligible.

The more the REVELATION of GOD one acquires the greater the GRACE of LOVE available and thus increase in ‘D’.

Relative to LIFE Equation (2) we should work to reduce F to Zero (0).

In LIFE Equation (1), although the probability figure is very low, almost zero, it is possible for two people to have the same values of A, B, C, y & z, but it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE for two people to have the same ‘x’ because to estimate ‘x’ LOCATION is also considered. The phenomenon of 'Reincarnation' can be approached from this perspective.

TIME as a property of LIFE can be differentiated with respect to TIME (TIME as Scalar, TIME as Vector and TIME as Illusion).

The outcome of ALL these differentiations is what is generally observed as Global Societal Realities (Social Sciences).

‘D’ is a constant for ALL and it is dependent on GOD. It is experienced as GRACE and it is available to each and every individual at a particular base value in time *TIME* but it’s manifestation in the reality of each and every individual is NOT the same.

The good thing about GRACE is that it is the most important and easily affected aspect of the equation of LIFE (equation (1)) and it can be worked upon to increase the individual specific observation of ‘D’ in Reality.

Coefficients A, B & C and the specific values of x, y & z are ALL dependent on ‘D’ because they ALL derive LIFE from GRACE.

The more the REVELATION of GOD one acquires the greater the GRACE of LOVE available and thus increase in ‘D’.

The result of the various differentiations (relative VALUES of LIFE) is a major contributor to what is observed as LIFE’s UNFAIRNESS.

Nevertheless, LIFE is JUST.

LIFE is JUST in that right from birth; ALL have had the same 24hrs everyday per day simultaneously. Although there is a twist of ‘The later shall be greater than the former’.

The primary contributor to GRACE and thus the value of ‘D’ is the increasing knowledge of LOVE which should be put into practice with understanding in wisdom, which will in turn be observed as relative manifestation of The Fruit of The Spirit in Reality.

Thus, it is possible for the value of ‘D’ to increase such that the relative values of x, y, z, A, B & C becomes irrelevant.

When ALL Souls, or better still, majority, matures into the understanding of this reality thus described with focus on increasing the value of ‘D’ relative to x, y, z, A, B & C will ALL or better still, majority of LIFE’s UNFAIRNESS become abolished/obsolete.

When ‘D’ becomes the dominant contributor to the equation of LIFE, Righteousness, Peace and Joy will be common place and an abode for the Holy Spirit of LOVE thus established.

P.S: VALUE of LIFE is the relative ease of production and reproduction of The Fruit of The Spirit in TIME.

Note that the equation for LIFE for any individual can be more complex. Equation (1) is the simplest form.

PLACE OF AFFLUENCE

Property is transferable but not affluence and affluence can remain latent for a lifetime if not activated.

‘Without faith it is impossible to please GOD’ – Hebrew 11:6. The most potent and effective mode of activating affluence is by faith, even as it functions as its most effective catalyst.

‘So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.’ – Roman 10:17. This verse implies understanding of 'Word Fundamentals' initiates faith which in turn activates affluence.

With respect to time, property without the backing of affluence will be exhausted but not affluence because property is temporal, affluence is eternal. The place of pleasure is in expansion of affluence.

By nature, affluence is empirical, not logical or rational and its empirical nature functions in favor of propagation of righteousness, peace and joy.

The blessings of Abraham; ‘May God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and multiply you, that you may become a company of peoples. May He also give you the blessing of Abraham, to you and to your descendants with you, that you may possess the land of your sojournings, which God gave to Abraham. [Genesis 28:3-4]', is a pronouncement of lifetime affluence on Jacob and his descendants. As it is obvious, Jacob left Isaac with nothing save this blessing. It is this blessing along with his faith so strong that he wrestled with GOD; Genesis 32:22-32, that activated the observed affluence and consequently property accumulation, in Jacob’s life.

We are to find and align with our place of purpose in order to activate our latent affluence which is equivalent to the blessings of Abraham. The land of our sojournings is generally any and everywhere purpose requires us to settle on planet earth.
